13:20 WST: A connectivity issues has developed to our upstream provider. Acurix engineers are attending site and investigating the issue with our provider.
14:00 WST: Not all services were affected by the issue and partial services are returning to normal for the affected sites. A further update will be provided once the root cause has been identified.
14:05 WST: The issue has been resolved and appears to be related to a network loop which has been rectified.
