Our provider of the login splash page is having technical problem and customers may receive a "502 Bad Gateway" message when attempting to connect.

Acurix has contacted our supplier and we are waiting on a resolution time.

We will provide further updates as they come to hand.

Our supplier resolved the issue approximately 60 minutes and Acurix Operational staff can see that services have been fine since resolution.
