There is currently a carrier network outage affecting NBA, ADSL and Voice services in WA. Acurix Networks is waiting on relevant details about the issue from our affected upstream provider.

17:34 The carrier have confirmed that the issue is related to a fibre fault. Techs for the carrier have identified the location of the fault and are working on the restoration of services.

20:20 The carrier engineers are still working on the fault and working on fixing the fibre fault, the carrier will continue to provide updates as they become available.

20:50 Affected NBN, ADSL and ISDN Voice services in WA are restored, if are still having issues please power cycle your onsite router.
