Quarantine Message Bittorent
When a customer receives a "You have been Quarantined" message it is usually related to the fact that the machine being used has a Bittorrent Client running. Users are typically quarantined for between 10-20 minutes to provide you the time to shutdown (totally close the application not minimise it) the application. You will then be able to use the service again after the quarantine time has expired.
