Acurix - Third Party Splash Page Supplier Issue
Hello Acurix Customers,
Acurix is currently experiencing a few technical difficulties regarding our third-party splash page provider.
We have been alerted that at specific locations around Perth, our end users are experiencing an error message that states –
- "Internet plan expired. The time available for navigation is finished! To continue navigation, choose the plan that best suits your needs and contact the service provider to obtain a PIN" –
If you become aware that patrons at your location start seeing this message, please alert our team immediately, either via telephone or email.
We can temporarily move your location to a maintenance splash page that will allow all end users to use our services as per usual until we sort out the issue.
