We regret to inform you that we are currently experiencing an incident that may impact our public Wi-Fi services to Rottnest Island. Our technical team is actively investigating the issue to identify the root cause and to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Description of Incident:

Internet Services to Rottnest Island Offline.

Actions Taken:

We have reverted to the backup link so internet services should now be operational.

Next Steps:

Technicians are on way now to investigate reason for outage.

We apologise for any inconvenience this incident may have caused and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve it. We will provide regular updates via email and on the Acurix Networks status page until the issue is fully resolved.
