By selecting Users from the drop-down menu in the top-left corner it is possible to retrieve data about end-users registrations and authentications.

The Tenant is able to filter results by selecting all WiFi Areas or only a particular WiFi Area. The Tenant and the WiFi Area Owner are able to filter results by selecting all Hotspots or only a particular Hotspot.
It is possible to select a time interval affecting all data in the page, except the "absolute statistics" described below in this page.
It is also possible to export all data to an XLS file, by clicking the Export button at the top-right corner of the page. Exported statistics depend on the values selected in the filters described above.
Line chart
The line chart at the top-left of this section allows to monitor as main metric:
- Registered users: the number of registrations to the service performed by end-users in the specified period.
and at the same time you can compare this with secondary metrics, like:
- Number of Sessions: the number of Internet sessions performed by end-users in the specified period.
- Number of Logins: how many times someone tried to sign in to the Splash Portal in the specified period.
- Online Users: how many end-users were online in the specified period.
- Impressions: how many end-users visited the Splash Portal in the specified period.
It is possible to select the following frequency for the x-Axis:
New users
At the top-right of this section, near to the line chart, it is possible to see additional statistics about the primary metric selected (registered users):
- New users (total): the total number of registered end-users in the time interval range selected at the top of the page.
- MAX: the maximum number of registered end-users in the frequency selected above, according to the selected time interval range.
- Average: the average number of end-user registrations per day in the frequency selected above, according to the selected time interval range.

Absolute/Time interval statistics
Under this section, some dashboards provide additional data. It is possible to have data according to the following criteria:
- Absolute: the provided information refers to the WiFi Area, from its creation date, until now.
- Time interval: the provided information refers to the time interval range that has been selected at the top of the page.
The following data are provided (for the selected time interval range):
- New Users: the total number of registered end-users.
- Avg. Reg User per hotspot: the average number of registered end-users divided by new end-users.
- Avg. Reg User Wifiarea: the average number of registered end-users divided by new end-users.
- Atleast One Login: the total number of people who performed at least one login divided by new users.
- More than 1 login: the total number of people who performed more than one login divided by new users.
- Uncompleted Reg Rate: the total number of new users who did not validate their data (when requested) divided by those who completed registration successfully.
- Unique Logins: the total number of people who performed at least one login
- Avg online users: the average number of online users divided by total number of users
Below, there are the following datatables (for the selected time interval range) and for each of them it is possible to display 5 or 10 results (if present).
- Top WiFi Area - New Users: here are listed the top WiFi Areas ordered by the maximum number of end-user registrations detected.
- Top WiFi Area - Online Users: here are listed the top WiFi Areas ordered by the average number of online users detected.
- Top WiFi Area - Max Online Users: here are listed the top WiFi Areas ordered by the maximum number of online users detected.
- Sign-Up source share: here are listed the top providers (e.g. Cloud4Wi, Click-through, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn) ordered by the usage (in percentage) of end-users during their registration.
